11:20:38 Hey, Kingdom Others, welcome back to another episode. And I'm so excited to be talking about prayer today so i was listening to a podcast clip and I saw this study where it said 12 minutes of focused prayers over eight weeks can produce enough change in the brain to show on a brain scan.
11:20:59 That was so impressive. So basically what prayer is doing is it's reconfiguring your neural pathways And I love in Romans 12, 12 it says.
11:21:10 Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. And so when we come to Jesus and God in prayer And we actually spend time in prayer with him.
11:21:20 Not only are our minds being renewed in the mind of christ but we're actually reconfiguring our neural pathways in the brain.
11:21:30 So if you struggle with like fear, anxiety, negative thoughts maybe unforgiveness.
11:21:36 All of these over a long period of time are actually going to damage your brain and your body. And you're probably like you've probably experienced this. Like I know when i've been in a season of unforgiveness or i've just let fear or anxiety take over my life or my mind
11:21:52 It does cause negative side effects, not only in my brain, but throughout my body.
11:21:59 And i totally believe that the body does keep the score.
11:22:04 And I'm not going to go into like epigenetics and all of like generational bloodline curses that our bodies can sort but like just in my own life when i've experienced different traumatic events. I 100% believe that that actually caused or triggered
11:22:23 Some of my autoimmune and even some of my fertility issues that I've had.
11:22:27 And so the more that I've been able to heal those things and go to God in prayer with these things and do forgiveness work.
11:22:34 And just surrendering. And deliverance like that has totally changed not only the way I think and process things, but also the way that my body is able to finally rest and just come back to a natural state of being that the way that God created me to.
11:22:51 So I love that the study is actually putting science and facts to prayer. And I think that's so cool because when we do pray our body produces chemicals with positive effects to our minds, our bodies, and we know the life around us. So I want to talk about the different types of prayers today.
11:23:14 And I was just like writing down my own types of prayers. I did some Google searching as well on the different types of prayers And they pretty much like were in line when i was in praying to what I was going to be talking about on this episode.
11:23:30 And so I actually wrote down 12 different types of prayers that we can pray and there may be more.
11:23:35 But I wanted to walk through each of these Just so if you want to do like this 12 minute a day Focus prayer a day for eight weeks and just see how your life changes. Here's 12 different types of prayers that you can be praying in those 12 minutes every day.
11:23:52 Not my favorite type of pair, but probably the one I've prayed the most.
11:23:57 Is the grunts or groans. We know in the scripture where it says the Holy Spirit intercedes for us and we'll just groan for us.
11:24:05 And I'm just like, how many times have I just prayed through a grunt or a groan or just like just anguished loans right like I think those are the most authentic prayers because we're just literally like There's no words for what we're feeling. All we have is a sound.
11:24:27 And a sound can be a prayer our breath Like a deep breath can be a prayer. I love the, if you've ever heard this, like Yahweh, if you take out the bells So it's really just y wwh it actually is like an inhale, exhale yeah
11:24:47 And like when we're breathing, we're literally saying God's name. We can literally be praying with just our breaths. And I don't know about you, but I do a lot of side breaths out there.
11:24:59 So that is one type of prayer. Another type of prayer, which we've already talked about on this podcast episode is binding and leucine.
11:25:07 So we already know that we can bind and loose what is bound in heaven will be bound on earth and what is bound on earth will be bound on earth Sorry, was bound on heaven was bound on earth will be bound in heaven what is loose on earth will be loose in heaven.
11:25:21 And so we've already talked about binding and loosing and how we can pray these powerful prayers over our children Especially when we sense and discern there's some maybe disturbance in the forces i like to say it or like some demonic
11:25:37 Agendas coming around, some weapons being formed we can come in and I've done this for my son and I've seen it firsthand i've been able to say like i bind the spirit of chaos. I bind the spirit of rebellion. I bind the spirit of frustration and anger of resentment.
11:25:53 And I lose the Holy Spirit of peace and the spirit of peace and love and sound mind and power And just rest over my child.
11:26:04 And I've seen his state come into a state of relaxation when I do that when we really understand our divine identity and authority we can actually pray very powerful prayers And we have the dominion and authority to do that through the blood of Jesus
11:26:19 So learning how to pray with binding and losing is a very powerful tool that god has given us The third type of prayer is casting out and deliverance.
11:26:30 Now, casting out can be a little bit more, it's definitely more of an extreme prayer because you're literally casting out a demon from your person or another person, right?
11:26:44 That's where we see like exorcism and priests coming in and doing exorcism exorcist type prayers and i've experienced this myself at my very first activate conference in San Diego back in 2022 with Kingdom Alliance After my sister and I spoke
11:27:07 At the conference and then I had like a scan done with one of my friends who brought like her special scanning thing and she's like you have this this and this going on in your body And I was just like
11:27:18 Not surprised. And also like in all of like everything I've been able to accomplish with all the things my body is dealing with or was dealing with at the time.
11:27:28 And there I was just telling some of the other women and my friend Jessica is like, you need to talk to this girl like i think She'll pray healing for you.
11:27:36 And I'm just like, she can pray healing for me. I literally said this, but I don't have the faith to believe that she's going to heal me because I've been anointed. I've been prayed over like I'm just like, God doesn't want to heal me.
11:27:47 That was like, and that's fine. Like It's God. He is sovereignty over my life.
11:27:54 If this is the cost I'm supposed to carry like so be it. Like, I will do it.
11:27:58 And so I just was like, God just doesn't want to hear me. That was a belief I had.
11:28:03 And so I had one come out of agreement with that because God is a God of healing And he does heal and he heals in his own unique way. So what I needed to do was actually just take taken out of the box that I had put him in on what healing needed to look like in my life.
11:28:19 But like a group of women came around me and they were just praying these powerful prayers. It was the first time I really heard anybody speak in tongues.
11:28:27 And that I felt and received like my own deliverance and had just like a casting out of there was a spirit of rejection that I had where I was like rejecting basically got it and reach just like rejecting healing rejecting
11:28:44 The good things that God wanted to give me. And so that was like really the turning point of my healing journey that I've been on the last going on three years now.
11:28:55 Like deep healing journey where I've experienced deliverance in other ways and So passing out of deliverance is really powerful and I'm not as well versed in this. And I… If you guys want, like text And I actually have a friend who I will ask
11:29:12 To come on. She was actually my counselor and we did I did a lot of deliverance work with her And so… But we could do some more session or more podcast episodes on that topic if that is something that you find
11:29:27 Interesting and as a way to like equip you with your motherhood journey. So text the number in the show notes and Let me know if that's something that you would want more information on.
11:29:39 Because it has been really powerful for me and it has definitely changed my life to learn more about testing out And what can we cast out and what can we not cast out?
11:29:48 Deliverance um there's some things where I'm just like, Jesus, I'm finding this and I'm putting it at the sort of, you know, at the feet of Putting it at the feet of you and your cross. And I just want you to take notice of it and do with what you want. You can cast it out into the abyss. You can do with it what you want.
11:30:10 So then there's things like I'm casting this out. Like I know I have the power and authority to cast this out. It does not have Like when I'm doing my anointing prayers like i am like casting out anything in my home that does not belong there. That is my territory that
11:30:23 That I've taken over for the kingdom that is the promised land that God has given me. And there's like no there's no authority there of any demonic agenda like you can just leave. I'm casting you out in the name of jesus covered by the blood of jesus this is god's home and this is anointed a sacred place
11:30:42 For his people. So that's number three. Number four type of prayer.
11:30:49 I love this. I was doing this in the car. This is joyful worship adoration, like prayers of adoration when you're just like there's like cups overflowing with joy. I like to say that When I worship, it comes out of my eyeballs because I just like can't stop from crying. And I was just having an amazing worship session with the Lord in the car yesterday and just like
11:31:13 Started crying, like randomly started crying twice in the car And it was just beautiful. And so I I love that prayer when we're just like in thanksgiving, and I think we should bring all prayers should start with Thanksgiving. And when we see Jesus saying.
11:31:33 And the disciples ask him, teach us how to pray. And he's like, our father who art in heaven, hallowed be your name.
11:31:39 Like he's literally saying, holy is your name like worshiping he's worshiping his father in the first sentence of his prayer.
11:31:49 The fifth type of prayer, which probably maybe Maybe one of the hardest types of prayers is the prayer of surrender.
11:31:56 When you actually come to God and be like, God, I finally surrender. I release it all to you.
11:32:01 I'm not going to carry this burden. I'm going to cast my burdens on you. So that's a casting affair, right? We can cast our burdens on.
11:32:09 Our Lord, but like we could also just surrender. And I come to you surrender. And if you've been around me long enough you've heard me say come into a posture of surrender to receive. And this is where you can, when you're in a posture of surrender, right? Like your hands are open.
11:32:23 And you're just like, I love to picture, you know, you're on your knees, your hands are open, your head's bound you're just like here lord i have nothing like just take it all.
11:32:34 Take it all. I surrender it all This posture also sets you up to be in a posture to receive because now your hands are empty.
11:32:43 And now your hands are available for Jesus to come in there And walk hands with you, to hold hands with you, to give you the more that he wants to give you.
11:32:53 And I love this prayer of surrender when we come into that type of prayer and it I experienced that probably the most when i we were going through the adoption process for Elijah because I knew like there was no way I couldn't control anything. The only thing i control right was like the paperwork and making sure like I hit the deadlines for certain things. But once we got home study approved and we were literally in the
11:33:19 Waiting season. There's nothing I can do.
11:33:23 Except just pray and surrender. And trust that God's going to work all of this for my good and trust that he has a sovereign plan his will will be done.
11:33:37 And so that was probably one of the first Other than maybe my Crohn's walk when I was walking through that, that was another season where I had to like just completely surrender everything Because they're just like I could die like there was definitely some scary moments. Like I went into anaphylactic shock on
11:33:57 One of the treatments I was on and, you know, I had surgery and I was in surgery for like four hours like there's there was a lot of scary moments in that season where I just had to surrender, like, God, I'm trusting that if I have the surgery
11:34:11 I'm not going to regret it. And this is the next right step for me.
11:34:16 That brought up some emotions for me. So surrendering is a beautiful type of prayer and i think when it comes back to motherhood right frame surrender our children, and I think as an adopted mom i have a I can tap into this a little bit more easily
11:34:35 Than maybe somebody who's like actually carried their children Because I'm a little bit disconnected from that type of the bond.
11:34:42 But I think as mothers and parents like we have to surrender our to God, because ultimately They are our children to steward. And what a blessing it is to be a mother and to be a parent.
11:34:56 Because that is one of the most refining jobs I've ever had that has shown me who God really is in so many different ways But I found like we have to surrender our children steward them, retrain them up in the way that they should go the best way that we can.
11:35:15 With the tools and resources that we have. But at the end of the day, they're gods. They belong to him.
11:35:21 We don't control how long they're on this earth. We don't control what they do, you know, after a certain time in the house with us like we can control some of that right but there's so much that we don't have control over and we have to surrender and say, God, they're yours take them
11:35:43 I always pray for encounters that my son have an encounter with jesus So that he can start building that relationship now.
11:35:53 But again, like I have to surrender the relationship I can guide him and show him how to talk to Jesus and introduce him to jesus but I can't control that relationship.
11:36:04 So there's a lot of surrender I think we go through as parents and doing surrendering prayers is a type of prayer that we should all be doing, whether it's easy or not but it just It does. It makes things easier too when we can surrender like god
11:36:20 I'm not going to worry. I'm going to surrender this circumstance because I know you have me And so that leads us into The sixth type of prayer that I wrote down, which was supplication and asking Again, in the Bible, it says ask seek, and knock, and the doors will be open to you.
11:36:39 When you ask something, believe. And when you believe it, it will be done.
11:36:48 And I have that scripture and I think it's like Mark 11. I wish I had it written down, the actual verse. I'm really good with like knowing the Bible, but I'm not the best at like knowing the scripture. But that is a scripture and it's in Mark.
11:37:00 But like we actually we get to ask god like he is a good father and he wants to know our hearts and he wants to have conversations with us and wants to be in a relationship with us And he wants to give us good gifts.
11:37:11 How many times right like another part of scripture where it talks about asking and it's like If even the non-believer, they are going to give their if their son comes to them and asks them for something good where the father's not going to give them a snake right like no
11:37:29 How much more will our father in heaven give to us?
11:37:33 So I think so. Number six, we need to come and ask God. And I think ask bold prayers. That is a prayer i've been I've been working on is just coming to God with my bold requests Like, God, you put this desire in my heart. Your scripture says this. You gave me these promises.
11:37:51 You anointed me here. So I'm like just boldly asking that you're going to move And I'm expecting you to move. And I believe that you're going to move.
11:37:59 And you're going to heal and you're going to provide because that's who you are.
11:38:04 And I'm going to surrender right the way that that looks like. I don't want to put you in a box, but I'm not going to tell you, but I'm going to come and ask.
11:38:13 How many times a day do we get asked as mothers, mom, will you do this? Mommy, mommy mommy Can I have this? Will you do this for me?
11:38:21 Why should it be any different? For us to go to our father in heaven who loves us so much.
11:38:30 Why would we not come to him and ask like god i'm struggling with this. Can you help me? I don't know what to do here.
11:38:36 Can you help me? Give me wisdom. When we ask for wisdom.
11:38:40 He will provide and provide wisdom and abundance. In a future episode, I'm going to have my friend Sharon and we're going to be talking about actually hearing from God and how to god get in tune with the voice of God and hear him.
11:38:53 And this is something I've been working on myself was just like with parenting, God, you know my son better than I do.
11:39:02 What is the wisdom I need? To parrot him through this season where we're struggling with these different things.
11:39:11 And so I'm going boldly to the god to my father and just asking Show me, give me wisdom.
11:39:20 Teach me, lead me. And I think he wants us to ask The seventh type of prayer is a prayer blessing.
11:39:30 This song makes me cry every time I hear it. The blessing that elevation worship does with a carrie jobe and i think uh corey Corey Card, I think is how you say his last name And that's in Deuteronomy when I think it's Moses who's doing this blessing.
11:39:50 And the Lord bless you and keep you. May his face shine upon you and be gracious to you.
11:39:57 Turn his face towards you and give you peace. And it like goes on from there. But I'm just like, oh, that blessing. I pray that over my son. I pray that over my husband. Like, yes, Lord.
11:40:09 In all the generations like bless them bless them like in your family and your children and your children's children and you're coming and you're going.
11:40:17 May his face shine upon you and be gracious to you. Like, a prayer of blessing is so powerful I asked my grandma actually because i'm the first born daughter and daughter My grandmother is bullpen.
11:40:31 And I asked her, I'm like, I'm coming to you and I'm claiming my birthright as like the firstborn daughter.
11:40:38 In your bloodline will you pray a prayer of blessing over me.
11:40:42 And so I got to do that with my grandma this year and it was really beautiful. Like we had a beautiful moment I just got to share with her Just like what a special woman she's been in my life and just a mentor and
11:40:54 Just how she is such a strong godly woman and i got to share that with her. And then I asked her for a blessing and we see this all throughout the bible where You know, the fathers will bless their children
11:41:08 And so I think… us praying blessings over our children and our husbands and our future generations that we like that's our legacy And that's so beautiful like Asking the mothers, like, I take this so seriously because we have a
11:41:27 Legacy when we train up our children to know Jesus And they don't depart from it when they get older.
11:41:38 The generational blessings that come from knowing Jesus as your lord and savior is beyond, I think, anything else that we can ever find in this world. And so praying prayers of blessing over your children over your your spouse is so powerful, such a powerful prayer that we as kingdom mothers can be praying.
11:41:58 And if you don't know what to pray, like go into Deuteronomy, find the prayer, the blessing prayer, just sing the song over them like If we were in the car driving and I was just like holding my hair, my hand you know
11:42:12 Facing Elijah. He was in the back seat and we were just worshiping together and i was just like If I have any power in my hand right now, that's Let it all come out through my hand into him through jesus
11:42:26 And it was just so beautiful. And that was part of my like worship and adoration prayer as well like and just like worshiping God. And it was just beautiful.
11:42:36 Number eight, the Atypes of her. And this one again is, I think, a hard one, but it's so powerful is when we pray Prayers are confession and repentance and forgiveness.
11:42:48 We know we're supposed to confess our sins and we're supposed to confess to other Christians.
11:42:55 And this is something like, I think one of the cool things, I'm not Catholic, but one of the cool things that the Catholics do is that they do actually They do the confessionals and That is really a really great practice. Now, not being Catholic, I believe we can confess to any other Christian that we
11:43:15 You know, brother and sister in christ who can help mentor and guide us We're supposed to have wise counsel and so confessing our sins or just confessing like our burdens and struggles with another brother or sister in crisis so powerful
11:43:32 And I've been able to bring these amazing women that I met through Kingdom Alliance and just through pre-k and other just areas that God just brought so many amazing women in my life and i'm so blessed for that but
11:43:48 There's like, I have at least one or two women that I can go to and just like confess, like I messed up here.
11:43:54 Can you please pray for me? I mess up here. Can you please help me?
11:44:00 Stay accountable to not do this. I want to repent, but then also confessing our sins to our Father in heaven.
11:44:06 And repenting and forgiveness is huge. Like if you are not hearing the voice of God, you're not, you feel like you're not hearing from God.
11:44:13 Ask yourself, who do you need to forgive in your life?
11:44:19 Is it yourself? Is it God? Is it another person? Start there with forgiveness.
11:44:25 Confessing if you need to. And then go and do, you know, the blessing prayer or the supplication and asking prayer.
11:44:32 Get into worship. The forgiveness is so huge to God. We see this throughout the Bible when he says Don't even come to me. Go. If you have like a grievance with somebody, go take care of that grievance and then come back.
11:44:44 To my altar. So the ninth prayer type is thanksgiving.
11:44:51 This one I think could could kind of go in with worship and adoration, but I just think thanksgiving is
11:45:00 Is in itself is just powerful. When we can just come with a grateful heart, we hear this all the time. Gratitude changes everything.
11:45:08 And that saying is true. It's a biblical principle. A heart of gratitude changes everything. We see this when Paul's like, I can be content whether well-fed or hungry.
11:45:20 Because I have the joy of the Lord and i've I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
11:45:25 And that's in Philippians 4. So we see like when we just have a heart of gratitude it does change our circumstances.
11:45:35 You can be going through, I have circumstances in my life that are It's kind of big and scary, but I'm like, what?
11:45:41 I'm so grateful for things I do have. And I know that God is going to provide in these areas one way or another.
11:45:47 And I'm just so grateful for my family, for my home, for the things that my family gets to do.
11:45:55 Thank you, Jesus, for that. And so again, like I would encourage you if you're struggling to hear from God.
11:46:04 Do a confession forgiveness prayer. And then shift your heart into a heart of thanksgiving and gratitude And thinking on things, I just… Again, I was in Philippians 4 today.
11:46:20 And it was talking about like thinking on things, rejoicing the Lord always.
11:46:24 Do not be anxious. Peace of God will renew your mind. The peace that surpasses understanding will renew your mind. And it says, think on things that are true, noble, right, pure, admirable.
11:46:36 When we think on these things. It's so much easier to come into a heart posture of gratitude And so they're so There's a couple of things that I, when I was in a really dark place back in 2023 I held, this was like such an anchor scripture for me.
11:46:56 So at the end of the day, I would be like, okay, what happened today that was true?
11:47:01 What happened today, that was noble. What happened to me that was actually went right when it seemed like everything in my life was going wrong.
11:47:07 What was pure? What was admirable? And so I could be like, Elijah's laugh was really pure today. Or like, Elijah did this and it was really pure or my husband did this and it was so admirable.
11:47:18 And noble or I saw this and it was just like I read the scripture and like I have this truth I can hold on to And that was like a really cool exercise that i did to just anchor me back.
11:47:31 To God's truth, anchor me back to renewing my thoughts on the Lord's truth and getting back to a place of gratitude at the end of the day.
11:47:40 Well, maybe that day was really, really All right, moving on to number 10.
11:47:47 So the 10th type of prayer is intercession. And this one's really cool because we can have people interceding for us. We can intercede for other people. We know that the Holy Spirit and Jesus intercede for us on behalf of us. And so this type of prayer is really
11:48:02 Cool. And so as mothers, we get to intercede on behalf of our children and our spouses.
11:48:10 And even our next generations to come like be interceding for like i'm praying on behalf of my son for his spouse and future children I'm praying, interceding on his behalf for his like his own generational trauma and wounds that maybe he's had
11:48:31 Because again, he is adopted so like he's adopted interceding in the courts of heaven anything that maybe is in his bloodline that, you know, he's not aware of didn't and like breaking those generational curses off. So coming into intercession prayer on behalf of those around us is such a powerful
11:48:54 A powerful part of our authority and dominion that we have as kingdom mothers.
11:48:59 Okay, there's two more then we're going to wrap up. So the 11th type is coming into agreement So I recently went live on live my Facebook page in January talking about like and asking for people to come into a prayer of agreement
11:49:13 Being able to have our own children. We're about nine years into the waiting season. And I believe God has promised us two children Ephraim and Elizabeth. And so I was like bold and I felt God was like go put me on the spot. Go boy.
11:49:29 Go live and ask for agreement prayers. And so I did this and it was really powerful and there's been some really cool things that's happened since then.
11:49:38 That you can come into agreement. We see this like yes and amen.
11:49:43 Come into agreement with yes and amen and or two or more together, so is the Lord.
11:49:49 So it is powerful when we can come together in agreement. So get a group of kingdom mothers together and come into agreement with one another and blessing each other and If you're asking for things Then you're, you know, asking God to move in different ways, like come into an agreement with your brother and sister in christ
11:50:09 God will show up. And then the last one, which I probably don't do this enough, but I think it's really important. And when I do actually spend the time, and so if you're doing the 12 minute challenge, like this is a good one to do.
11:50:23 Is contemplation and meditation. And so we're called to meditate on the word of the Lord.
11:50:28 And I think there's, you know. Pick a scripture and meditate on it.
11:50:35 Mull it around, like chew on it and some there's some scriptures that I've been meditating on for like years But every time I go back, right, like God just reveals more and more wisdom. He peels back that layer And so we can spend time in prayer just like meditating with God and be like, what does this mean?
11:50:55 I just want to think about like, let me sit in this scripture. What does it mean to actually Have peace that surpasses understanding.
11:51:03 What does it mean to like not be anxious and just rejoice in the Lord always? How do I always rejoice?
11:51:09 And just like be contemplating and meditating. This is a little bit different than the asking Prayer because it's more of just like you're just asking questions in your mind to get the five whys, if you've ever heard of that
11:51:25 Technique in when I worked in IT and I was a business analyst and we'd have to get business requirements. We would ask like, okay, this is what you want. Why do you want this? Okay, well, why do you want that? Okay, well, why do you want that? Why do you want that?
11:51:38 And so we're just asking five ways to keep digging, digging deeper until you actually get to the real requirement of what they're they're asking or the real meaning of what they're saying so then we can go and build that for them.
11:51:49 So I think. As we're coming into a deeper relationship with jesus The best way to do that is to go into God's word and just read the scripture and then meditate on it.
11:52:02 It's like, what does this mean in this context or like how can I apply it to this life and why I think I'd say it like that. You could have some really cool conversations with God. I think when we meditate on things and just allow him to
11:52:18 Reveal and give us revelation. So, okay, wrapping up.
11:52:22 Those were the 12 different types of prayers And like I said, if you spend 12 minutes of focused prayer for eight weeks, your brain chemistry is literally going to change.
11:52:34 And so if you actually want to live out the practice of having a mind of Christ and daily renewing of your mind So that you're living in the kingdom and right operating in the world I encourage you to do this.
11:52:53 Maybe you do one type of prayer every day and change that prayer type maybe you have 12 minutes, like I hope you can find 12 minutes a day to do this challenge because I think it would be really powerful.
11:53:06 And um These are 12 different ways that you can pray. And there's probably more out there that I haven't thought of.
11:53:13 But I just wanted to give you something to get started. If you did want to do the 12 minutes for eight week challenge. Obviously, I hope you do it for your entire life and do it all the time. The Bible says to pray continuously
11:53:27 But if we can actually carve out 12 minutes as mamas, I know this this To me, even 12 minutes seems daunting because I feel like I get interrupted so much.
11:53:37 Getting out of bed before my son, who's like kind of sporadic right now with his schedule seems daunting. We can find 12 minutes where we can have just 12 minutes Focused prayer.
11:53:51 And then do a prayer of binding a loosing or do a prayer of casting I'll do it, George, just 12 minutes of adoration and worship. Oh, that would shift your day.
11:54:01 Maybe you need to do some forgiveness work or confession. Work. Maybe you need to intercede for somebody else.
11:54:09 Or come in agreement with somebody else like there's I encourage you and I hope that you can find 12 minutes Good day.
11:54:18 For the next eight weeks to forever. And spend focused time with the Lord and just see not only how it renews your mind and changes your mind, but how it's actually going to shift every area of your life, Mama.
11:54:30 So thank you again for listening to this episode and I'll see you on our next week's episode.
